Our office provides and processes the buyer's application and determines application approval or denial. AFTER approval, our office completes any condo questionnaires presented by the mortgage companies to us directly, the estoppel certificate with closing company or attorney only. We do not field or respond to multiple realtor or potential buyer questions by phone, text, email, or meet them in person- that is the seller realtor's job. ANY REQUESTS MADE BEFORE BUYER APPROVAL IS OBTAINED ARE AUTOMATICALLY DENIED. Thank you

Communications with the Board Members and Staff are strictly adhered to by the protocols set in our condominium Rules and Documents. Please do not approach or harrass them in the common areas or at their personal units, personal homes, or while they are conducting a meeting with others, nor call, email, standard mail, or text them on their personal cell phones or personal home addresses or emails for Association related business.
